A large population of Democrats have blamed President Trump for the deaths of a father and daughter in the Rio Grande River. The President of El Salvador, Nayib Bukele, exclaims that his country, El Salvador, must take responsibility for the tragedy.

The father and daughter duo apparently drowned while struggling to cross borders illegally into the United States. A photograph was released that caused heartache and mayhem worldwide. Democratic Presidential candidates such as, Beto O’Rourke and Julian Castro, were quick to point fingers at Trump, claiming that Trump was at fault for the deaths of the duo.

Bukele urged everyone to start asking the right questions and to adress the real issues they’re facing. “People don’t flee their homes because they want to, people flee their homes because they feel they have to,” Bukele stated. “Why? Because they don’t have a job, because they are being threatened by gangs, because they don’t have basic things like water, education, health.” Bukele continues, “I think migration is a right, but it should be an option, not an obligation,” he voiced. “And right now it’s an obligation for a lot of people.”

President Nayb Bukele refused to condemn Trump. “We can blame any other country but what about our blame? What country did they flee? Did they flee the United States? They fled El Salvador, they fled our country. It is our fault.”

President Donald Trump showed sympathy for the tragedy but said a border wall would have “saved” the lives of the migrants.
